By using Alfred Butler ("Alfred"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Alfred is an AI-powered personal assistant delivered via WhatsApp and Telegram. Features include expense tracking, reminders, weather, stocks, receipt OCR, daily briefings, and conversational AI.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Alfred. By using Alfred, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use Alfred for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or circumvent rate limits.
• Do not use Alfred to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer Alfred's underlying systems.

4. Plans & Billing

• Free: 30 messages/day. No payment required.
• Basic ($15/mo): Unlimited messages, standard features.
• Plus ($25/mo): Unlimited messages, WhatsApp access, proactive briefings, priority support.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Availability

Alfred is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Intellectual Property

Alfred and its underlying technology are owned by Intercarty. You retain ownership of content you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alfred is an AI assistant and may make errors. Do not rely solely on Alfred for financial, medical, or legal decisions.

8. Privacy

Your use of Alfred is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes.
